Loved the food ! A really good home cooked meal. My family and I were all stealing from each others plates. The pecan pancakes were fantastic and so were the biscuits and gravy. They have a whole selection of pies too! We'll be going back to get some for sure.

Went here late Saturday afternoon, my wife and I were famished. She got the small portion of chicken fried steak and I got a chicken salad sandwich. The portions were generous for sure. Hers tasted great, mine had way too much dressing on it. Would have been better with half the amount of mayo on it. Also garlic didn't go good with sandwich. You can definitely overdue dressings and herbs.

Husband had the catfish Friday special today and our daughter and I both got BLT. All was excellent! Got 3 blueberry muffins to go. Got Banana-pudding pie with the special and it was delicious!

Here’s the lunch menu since i couldn’t find one online. The overall service with this place is far more than 5 stars. The servers go above and beyond, you feel like family. The food is great only one or two things that aren’t my favorite but not bad. Chicken fried steak, baked potato with steak and shrimp (a special), the breakfast, all are my favorites! Oh and the PIES! People come from near and far for the round tin pans of heaven.

A great place to enjoy a delicious hot meal with friends and family. The hamburgers are amazing and so are the homemade desserts. But to be quite honest, every dish served at this restaurant is incredibly tasty. And the wait staff is courteous and attentive. I highly recommend this eatery!!!

I was passing through and seen home cooking decided to try it with my friend cause we're always down for some good home cooking and let me tell you everything we tried was excellent down to the lima beans that I don't ever eat!!!! I would recommend everyone to try this diamond in the middle of nowhere!!!!

The name says it all. If you like home cooked meals, portions that no man, woman or child should eat in one sitting, then this place has it all. Also you simply (pun totally intended) cannot best the prices. Everything is good, the catfish sandwich is exceptional. I don't even care for fried seafood, for what it's worth. Service is what's to be expected in a place like this, the staff treats like family!

Great place for families, country home cooking. Pies are all homemade buy by the slice or the whole pie!!! Casual dress. Will definitely go back! Order off menu or salad bar.

Fried fish dinner and all the fixings were just plain Good! Those girls working there made us feel like we lived there. So very friendly. Their parent's should be proud. The poor was to die for. We had the coconut creme. Yummy!! Priced very reasonable.
